CarboRay™

CarboRay™ is an ecofriendly structural polymorph of calcium carbonate that has a Moh’s hardness of 3.5-4.0: This, in combination with the oolitic structure, results in a material with a significantly higher crush strength then conventional calcite. This is extremely important for use in the reservoir where a highly acid soluble solution is necessary. CarboRay™ is the perfect lost circulation material when encountering losses in the reservoir as a seepage control agent (high surface area) or particulate solution. Its use does not stop there as it also works readily in the drilling column.
